The recipe has changed over the years. Some cooks add cheddar cheese to the pan. Other Top crushed fried onions and chips.
According to Wikipedia "tuna casserole is worth noting that it is ready to be general, without fresh ingredients." Tuna casserole wasa staple in my childhood, and though I still prefer if they contain vegetables. So I changed the recipe. What changes can I do?
I used smart key (name protected) rotini for a cause. This fiber white noodles and a glass of calcium equal to eight grams of milk. Instead of canned soup, I made my cream sauce with fat-free milk. I added freshly grated parmesan in the sauce. To improve nutrition, I added fresh green beans and scrapMushrooms. Finally, I passed the pot with Pank (Japanese) bread crumbs, wheat.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked rotini Smart buttonPasta
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil extra light
6 tablespoons flour sauce
3 cups nonfat milk
2.1 teaspoon of sodium salt (may be omitted)
1.8 tsp garlic powder
lemon pepper
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup cooked fresh green beans, cut into 1 inch
02:01 cup cooked fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup 7 grams of roasted peppers
Item Tuna 7.06 oz bag light in water (notDrainage required)

METHOD
